Will you be on-site during the sale, or will it be a team member?

Yes, I will try to be at the sale, if for some reason I can't, I will appoint a Qualified Team member to take my place. We typically have 3 staff at each sale if we require more, we will accommodate.
 

How does the pricing and payout work?

Its depends on the quantity and quality of goods needed to sell.

 

What is your fee structure?

Commission ranges from 25%-50%
 

How is security handled?

We have staff and a portable camera system which will be inconspicuous and, in the room, where the fine collectables and money transactions occur.

 

What happens to items that don’t sell?
We will donate them or the client can discard if desired.

 

How is clean-up handled?

We will make sure the home is broom cleaned and if more extensive cleaning is needed, we will recommend a cleaning service.
