Step 1- Free Consultation
We will meet in the home and evaluate what will be in the sale. Create a plan to liquidate everything.
Step 2-
Selection
After you remove the items, We will start researching the fine collectables to make sure there priced fairly for today's market.
Step 3-
Staging
We will bring in racks and various items for staging. We will start tagging items using our barcoding system..
Step 4-
Advertising
100's of photos will be taken to be placed on all the social media sites includingestatesales.net
Step 5-
Day of Sale
We will provide a live video of the sale prior to opening. Ensure safety & security of items. Items will be sold at full Cost!
Step 6-
Day 2 of Sale
Items may be discounted up to 25% off. Each sale is unique and will be analyzed at the end of the previous sale day to determine based on how many items are left.
Step 7-
Day 3 of Sale
Items may be discounted up to 50% off.
Step 8-
Cleanup Day
Home will be broom cleaned. Items can be donated to various non-profit organizations. Fine collectables will be either consigned and posted on our website or brought to other estate sales for another chance to be sold.
Step 9-
Pay Day
Within a week after sale seller will be paid
